AROS is part of Louisiana Tech University's Industrial-Organizational Psychology doctoral program and is managed by faculty and doctoral students.

personnel selection; performance appraisal systems; and organizational development within the areas of team building, leadership workshops, and process consultation.
Another fun-filled weekend together at Toledo Bend Lake. Rain and some unusually cool weather didn't deter us from our bonding opportunity. This year's team building exercise resulted in many cracked eggs.
Once again,Tech ruled at the International Personnel Assessment Council (IPAC) conference this summer. The IPAC crowd gave our students a standing ovation in honor of their many contributions to the conference.
In May, many of our students and faculty of attended SIOP’s bash in Hawaii. We had great times, both at the conference and on the beach.
The 2013-2014 Consulting Challenge was another great success! The telecommunication giant Century Link once again hosted our annual competition between student teams.
